Dance2Fit combines fitness moves such as plyometrics and bodyweight resistance with basic hip hop dance steps to make it fun and easy for all levels! Each routine focuses on a primary muscle group, and Leslie will break down the exercises while giving tips to maximize fitness and possible modifications.
GetLo is a choreography-based class that infuses the latest styles of Hip Hop including: Popping, locking, breaking, footwork, isolations and MORE! Everyone gets to start fresh and learns the combination together. GetLo will encourage students to step outside of their comfort zone by bringing their own individual style and personality to the choreography! All fitness levels welcome. No dance experience required!
This is a 60 minute class that incorporates a mindful Vinyasa flow followed by yin postures that are held for longer periods of time to sustain the ligaments, joints, connective tissue and the areas of the body that usually do not get attention. The Vinyasa flow is mindful movement to begin to slow down the body from any higher impact activities and to prepare for the restorative portion of the class. All movement and postures are linked to breath and help to bring awareness to both mind and body. All levels welcome!
