This mat Pilates class is the perfect contribution to your well being and a great way to finish your morning workout or merely start the day. The primary focus is to re-align the body by connecting to your core and lengthen those tight muscles. Balance your body and find your center with this Pilates class for mixed levels.
Build the strength of an athlete and the body of a dancer with this powerful and playful, off-the-wall (literally) barre class. Barefoot bootcamp combines isolated and repetitive movements with isometric resistance, low-impact cardio, muscular endurance and flexibility exercises.
Country music meets fitness in the Fly original format, Boot Scootin’ Booty. We will stomp, sweat, and shake our badonkadonks! No dance experience needed. Line dancing instruction in every class. Fitness clothes and workout shoes are encouraged.
Tone your body with BOSU, dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, Bender balls, and more. Sculpt (circuits) uses timers and stations in a bootcamp format. Sculpt (weights) is choreographed group fitness weightlifting. Sculpt (core & restore) focuses on strengthening the core and stretching.
The most unapologetic, down and dirty, booty shakin’ dance fitness workout in Sarasota. Each class incorporates fun, funky, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves. This format combines cardiovascular exercise, agility and memory retention. One new routine will be taught step by step in each class. No dance experience needed.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates postures that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to 5 minutes or more. YinSane is a yin-style yoga workshop for the non-yogi as well as for yoga newbies, yoga rebels and experienced yoga practitioners alike. No shoes. No yoga music. No yoga lingo.
Crank It Up introduces customized circuit training exercises to help you build strength, rev up your metabolism, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. During this two week bootcamp style program, you will also build a unique connection with others in the FlyDance Fitness Community. Your Crank It Up coaches, Lauren and Christy, and teammates will keep you accountable toward your goals and ensure that you enjoy loads of fun (and sweat) along the way!
