Throw Down is a unique dance fitness format developed by Fly Dance Fitness®. If you’re a positive, energetic, fun person who has a love for dance, fitness, and inspiring others this certification training is for you!

Instructor Certifications are intended for those outside of Sarasota, FL who want to bring this energy to their area.

    • 2 Throw Down 101 Classes
    • 1 Full Out Throw Down Class
    • 30 Minute Consulation and Feedback Call

    • 1 Hour of Bonus Tutorials & Full Speed Routines

CERTIFICATION DETAILS:

  • Completely online and on YOUR time

  • Initial Instructor Certification Training $199

  • Includes: 2  hours of basic instruction of teaching methods and leading safe and effective dance fitness classes 

  • 3 Hours of full-speed Throw Down classes with live instructor feedback 

  • Class planning and community building methods

  • Exclusive Throw Down fitness swag upon approval of certification

* To ensure quality, all candidates must submit a video of a routine break down and "full out" video for approval.
 

ON GOING - POST CERTIFICATION 

  • Continuing Instructor Content: $30/month, first 30 days free

  • 25% off Fly Dance Fitness ™s or Throw Down Merchandise in our retail shop

  • Keep your classes FRESH with online access to routines distributed monthly. 

  • Full break down of routines / tips / routines performed full speed

  • Support of Throw Down headquarters team throughout your journey

  • Invitation to our online Instructor group!
     

Each participant of the Fly Dance Fitness ™ Certification Program will be required to review and execute a Fly Dance Fitness ™ Instructor License Agreement as a condition of entry and participation.
