Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates postures that are hold for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to 5 minutes or more. YINsane is a yin-style yoga workshop for the non-yogi as well as for yoga newbies, yoga rebels and experienced yoga practitioners alike. In this 60-minute mentally and physically class, you will practice long, deep holds to increase your flexibility and mental toughness and open up your bodies in ways you may have never felt before.
Beginners welcome. All you need to do is show up. No shoes. No “yoga” music. No yoga lingo. Yoga mats provided (or you can bring your own).
